1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tax Tycoon ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

2. Description of Service

Tax Tycoon is a free-to-play idle simulation game for iOS devices. The Game includes optional in-app purchases for virtual currency and premium features.

Important Disclaimer: The Game is a work of satirical fiction. "The Royal Revenue Office" (TRRO) and all other entities depicted are fictional. The Game does not encourage, endorse, or provide guidance on actual tax evasion or illegal activities. All gameplay mechanics are purely for entertainment purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. In-App Purchases and Payments

4.1 Purchase Processing

All in-app purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. We do not directly process any payments or store your payment information. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4.2 Virtual Currency

The Game offers virtual currency ("Coins") that can be purchased with real money or earned through gameplay. Virtual currency has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the Game.

4.3 Subscriptions

The Game offers optional subscription plans (e.g., VIP Tax Dodger). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

5. Game Data and Progress

5.1 Local Storage

All game data is stored locally on your device. This includes your progress, purchases, virtual currency, and settings. We do not maintain servers or cloud backups of your game data.

5.2 Data Loss

We are not responsible for any loss of game data, including but not limited to:

• Loss due to uninstalling the Game
• Loss due to device failure, damage, or theft
• Loss due to iOS updates or device resets
• Loss due to transferring to a new device without proper backup

We strongly recommend enabling iCloud backup on your device to prevent data loss. Purchased items may be restorable through Apple's purchase history, but game progress cannot be recovered.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Game for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to hack, modify, or reverse engineer the Game
• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Engage in any activity that interferes with other users' enjoyment of the Game
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or virtual items outside the Game
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

The Game and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BlueDevLabs LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Game will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Game is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Game will meet your requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUEDEVLABS LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Game
• Any conduct or content of any third party in the Game
• Any content obtained from the Game
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Game after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
